A small landing page takes from 10 working days after the brief is agreed and the materials are received. For a multi-page website, the timeline is set individually: it depends on the scope, the complexity of the features and how quickly each stage is approved.
Yes, if your website includes an admin panel. You’ll be able to change texts, photos, prices and other agreed content without a developer. Before launch, I record a detailed video guide using your own website. New features or design changes are discussed separately.

I can’t guarantee a specific percentage of visitors who will send a request: it depends on your offer, prices, competition and who comes to the website. On my side, I design the structure, copy and forms so that people can easily understand your advantages and contact you. After launch, analytics helps evaluate the results and decide what to improve.
